The project name “friedN” follows the established naming logic of the Netzwerkhaus projects “landN” and “comN.” At the same time, it references its location on Friedenheimer Straße.

While friedN is not a traditional commercial Netzwerkhaus but a residential development, the underlying philosophy remains the same: creating shared spaces and places for connection and community.

With friedN – Das Wohnwerk Laim, a forward-thinking residential concept is taking shape in Munich that combines sustainability, community, and urban mobility.

Located right on Agnes-Bernauer street, friedN offers modern, flexible living in a prime location—with thoughtful architecture, smart solutions, and a vibrant neighborhood.
