INTERNSHIP – REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & ACQUISITIONS
Starting 1 October 2026 | Duration: 3–6 months
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will actively contribute to our ongoing real estate development and acquisition projects, working across both commercial and technical areas. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of specific tasks and drive them forward independently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing property valuations, location analyses and financial feasibility studies
- Supporting property acquisition and disposal processes across all areas of due diligence
- Preparing contractual documentation, including lease agreements, consultant agreements and construction contracts
- Developing leasing and sales strategies and preparing the corresponding marketing materials
- Supporting the selection and appointment of brokers, tenant acquisition, contract negotiations and contract preparation
- Assisting with financing negotiations
- Supporting ongoing project controlling, including budget planning and variance analysis
- Contributing to sustainability strategies at asset and portfolio level, including the selection and implementation of certification schemes and ESG standards
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently studying real estate management, business or economics, architecture, or pursuing a comparable qualification, with a strong academic record
- You have a proactive, communicative and reliable approach to work
- You have a good understanding of real estate markets and their development, as well as the factors influencing property values and long-term value retention
- You approach complex tasks creatively, analytically and with a clear focus on results
- You have gained initial practical experience in the real estate sector through internships or vocational training
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with project-controlling tools such as Alasco would be an advantage
