Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for our project landN – das Netzwerkhaus.
Flexible office spaces and the use of existing building structures – no demolition, but instead resource-efficient and environmentally friendly. That’s exactly how we envision sustainable urban development. This project will noticeably enhance the appeal of the station district and serve as a model for future developments in our city. With landN, we’re kicking off the comprehensive revitalization of an existing office building right in the heart of the Isarvorstadt – close to Paulskirche and Theresienwiese.
